By using CarbTrust — the site, the app, or anything you download from us — you're agreeing to these terms. If you don't agree, don't use it.

A platform that gives you access to the CarbTrust app and related services. We may add, change, or remove features whenever we need to.

When you use CarbTrust, you agree to:

• Give accurate information where we ask for it
• Use the service for lawful purposes only
• Respect other people's intellectual property
• Not attack, abuse, or interfere with the platform
• Not try to break into systems you don't have access to
• Not use the platform to distribute malware or illegal content

You're responsible for how you use the things you download.

Anything we provide through CarbTrust is for personal or authorised use. Don't:

• Redistribute it without permission
• Sell it or use it commercially unless we've said you can
• Modify it in ways that break someone's rights
• Use it for anything illegal

The branding, design, text, graphics, and code belong to us or the people we license from. Using the service doesn't give you ownership of any of it.

CarbTrust may link out to or integrate with other services. We're not responsible for how those work, what they contain, or whether they stay online. Check their terms — they'll apply.

To protect the platform and everyone using it, we may monitor for suspicious activity, block access, or remove harmful content. Trying to compromise the service is prohibited.

We do our best to keep CarbTrust available and working, but we can't promise it'll always be up, error-free, or a fit for what you specifically want to do with it. Check compatibility and keep your device secure.

As far as the law allows, we're not responsible for:

• Loss caused by how you use downloaded content
• Damage from third-party software
• Device issues caused by our files
• Indirect or consequential damages

You use downloaded content at your own risk.

We can suspend or end access if you break these terms, abuse the platform, attempt fraud, or put other users at risk.

We may update these terms. When we do, we'll change the date at the top. Continued use after that means you accept the new version.
